On the basis of this approach the exact solution of the elasticity mixed problem y for a quarter of space and for halfinfinite elastic layer on which end face conditions of smooth contact under action of static loading are set for the first time is constructed. It is established formulas for definition the fields of displacements and stresses and it is carried out researches of fields depending on elastic constants of a material and character of loading. The solutions of the new axysymmetric problems for elastic cones owing to application of the new integrated transformations received by the project head are constructed. It has allowed to receive formulas of definition of stress intensity factor in a vicinity of a spherical crack which is inside of infinite elastic to a cone to which edge it is enclosed either compressing, or stretching loading.
