The influence of the dust flame parameters on the dispersion of the metal nanooxides have been studied. The electrical characteristics of low-temperature complex plasma at combustion temperatures and their role in the processes of phase formation were investigated. It is shown that an effective way to control the size of nanooxides particles which synthesized in the dust flame is the injection into the source metal the small amount of the impurities, which can be easy ionized.
