A new method for the phase structure of the hologram studying, which is a microscopic version of the phase-modulated speckle interferometry, as well as the method for studying of the influence of low-intensity laser radiation on biological objects was proposed. Microscope system for these methods implementing was created. We proposed the use of multisingular beams to enhance the biological effects of laser irradiation and scheme of holographic generator of such beams with embedded singularities. It is established that the beams obtained in this way, belong to class of hypergeometric, or Kummer beams, their stability during propagation was investigated. The processes of optical sensitization of the light-sensitive media on the base of AgHal and adsorption of sensitizing dyes of different concentrations on the surface of the microcrystals and nanoclusters on the basis of Ag2S and Ag2O. The mechanism of dyes self-desensibilisation and a method for its elimination was found. The possibilities of rare-earth ions using and based on them complexes for various types of dyes supersensibilisation were shown. Samples were obtained of light-sensitive materials based on heterophase microcrystals optically sensitized with two different dyes, separated by a photosensitive membrane, the parameters of the medium for such layers and their sensitometric properties were detected.
