A connection between the loss of stability of an initial modification with the phenomenon of polymorph transformation has been established and, for the first time, a consistent interpretation of experiments on the transition fcc-martensitic phase in such crystals has been given. For the first time, in the framework of the theory of critical phenomena, we have demonstrated an independent colculation of main "non-classical" critical exponents as well as the "corrections to scaling" terms in the singular parts of the thermodynamic functions of the fluid. Also, a self-consistent procedure of finding of the fluid critical parameters has been proposed.
