Purpose - to improve treatment of hypertension in patients with mikst pathology, by applying the developed and tested differentiated treatment programs. Research methods - standardized clinical examination, laboratory and instrumental, statistical data analysis. We study the statistical and clinical features of the combination of hypertension with myocardial infarction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, gout, liver functional disorders. Established mikst pathology modifies the clinical symptoms and course of hypertension. The study proposed methods of differential long-term therapy, which allowed to reduce mortality, improve survival of patients with mikst-pathology.
