Research purpose: argumentation of theoretical positions, determination of methodical approaches and elaboration of applied recommendations for enterprise competitiveness management by dint of innovation management technologies. System and comprehensive approaches has been used during research. Research methods : dialectical notion, economical analysis, economical and mathematical modeling, jury of expert opinion. Data working up have been realized by using of computer technologies and software. During the work such points have been accomplished: generalization of exist scientific approaches on enterprise competitiveness management; determination of management functional areas possibilities to form enterprise competition advantages and to ensure realization of competition strategies by dint of innovation management technologies introduction; forming of recommendations for improvement of diversification process management technology and innovation and logistics enterprise activity organization for enterprise competitiveness development. Research results: methodical approaches to the enterprise competitiveness status valuation within limits of its diversification competitiveness strategy research have been determined; methodical instruments set of management of competence component of enterprise growth diversification competitiveness strategy has been worked out; methodical basis of evaluation of organizational forms effectiveness of enterprise innovation activity has been formed; recommendations for improvement of enterprise activity logistics component have been worked out.
