It was shown that biogenic surfactants produced by bacterial cultures G. rubripertincta, R. ruber, bacteria of the genus Bacillus and yeast of the genus Phaffia can be used as an effective and environmentally safe substitutes for synthetic surfactants. Based on developed technology of G. rubripertincta UKM Ace-122 surfactant and EPC biosynthesis it was proposed technological scheme for obtaining of these products.
