The aim of functioning of base of these ДТП is a decline of accident rate and weight of consequences of ДТП on the network of highways of the general use of Ukraine. The base of these ДТП is formed for delivery to the users of base of state information and consequences of feasance of ДТП accident rate on the highways of the general use, and also about distribution of indexes of accident rate after: by the types of ДТП, season, period of twenty-four hours, by defects in operating maintenance of highways and others like that. An analysis of accident rate is component part of estimation of strength of travelling motion security and has for an object creation of informative soil for development of measures in relation to the improvement of terms of motion of transport streams. An application of results of functioning of the Branch database of account and analysis of DTP domain is planning of measures in relation to the increase of safety of travelling motion, establishment of order of the pre-arranged measures and realization of estimation of strength of motion security on the separate areas of roads of the general use on the basis of processing of statistical data of distribution of DTP.
