In Ukraine there was a clear tendency to the slump of production of goods of stock-raising, that it is conditioned alongside economic and social problems. Considerable part of products is produced on the simplified technologies. The financial state of agricultural enterprises does not give to possibility to conduct modernization, application of the newest technologies. Production in them of meat-milk goods becomes uncompetitive. On the basis of watching and prognostication of demand and suggestion of standard of prices at the market of meat-milk subcomplexes estimation of balanced of markets of the proper food commodities is done and the volumes of demand of internal market are grounded and potential possibilities of their export. Efficiency of operating economy-organizational mechanisms of functioning of meat-milk subcomplexes of Ukraine is definite. The analysis of price situation at the market of milk, meat of cattle, pigs and bird is conducted. A normative prime price on 2010-2011 years and standard of minimum prices on the analysed types of products is calculated. Computation of necessity in facilities for state support of industry in 2011 and its estimation is done. Estimation of the state price adjusting and its influence on balanced of home markets of meat-milk products taking into account the norms of consumption by the population of Ukraine is done.
