The methods used to test the samples of steel are studied, including various types of radiation and their power, as well as methods of irradiated steels investigation. During the past period the yttrium doped zirconia nanopowders were synthesized with the variation of particle sizes in the range of 10 to 30 nm and Y2O3 contents of 3 and 8 mol.%. The powders were in tetragonal and cubic modifications. The second series of powders was also produced by co-precipitation by the same technology, but with two different concentrations: 80 mol. % ZrO2 and 20 mol.% Y2O3 and 20 mol. % of Y2O3 ZrO2 mol.% and 80 mol.% Y2O3. The powders were investigated using of X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy methods, methods for determining the specific surface area. Product Description popup.authors Ахкозов Л.А.
