The highest yield of potatoes 25.5 t / ha obtained in the form of fertilizer norm N60P60K45 against the background of green manure. The growth yield of this variant was 11.4 t / ha compared with controls. Application biopreparation Baikal EM-1 promoted the growth of potato yield to 20.6 t / ha. Growing potatoes in a background of straw with fertilizer norm N60P60K45 provide potato yield increase by 8.9 t / ha in relation to control. Processing plant biological Baikal EM-1 provide crops of potato tubers at 18.6 t / ha. The use of fertilizers and green manure effect on quality of potato tubers. As the result the dry matter content of 1.2%, vitamin C by 3.4 mg%, starch by 1.9 mg% compared with controls.
