In nursery trials households third year of life study of 74 families took place in the family nursery tests of the 2nd year of life - 65 families lyadventsa cattle. Among the early-ripening forms of culture, the third best family life exceeded the yield of green mass of 20.5% - 49.3% for the sample selection for the number 195/2, 14.5% for the sample selection for the number 189/3, 41 1% - 52.8% for the sample selection for the number 468/7 compared to recognized varieties of Ajax. In middle-grass forms the best families of the selection of the sample numbered 261/4 on the carrying capacity by 29.4% - 47% higher than the control. At the sowing of the second year of life in the best families in the sample selection number 96/1 the yield of green mass for three mowings was 3.8 kg/m2 - 5.22 kg/m2, in the selection of the sample numbered 244/3 - 3.48 kg / m 2 - 4 kg / m 2. Among the forms of early maturing selection of samples by the numbers 468/7, 189/3 195/2 exceeded the standard of the best families in the 25.2% - 41.1%. In middle-cultural forms of all households exceeded the carrying capacity control from 16.2% to 38.4%. In the future, the best performance for family selection of samples will be used to create new high-yielding varieties lyadventsa cattle are well adapted to the difficult weather conditions of the steppe zone of Ukraine.
