Sensitivity function and equation transformation temperature in the frequency were obtained. Object of research is the process of converting optical radiation frequency signal in transistor structures. Purpose - to increase the sensitivity, precision measuring optical power at the expense of development and application and diagnostics of power optical radiation based on optical frequency converter. Methods based on usage: the main provisions of the theory of functions of complex variable, differential and integral calculus (a mathematical model of the MIS structure, the calculation errors of measurement) methods for calculation of linear circuits using a matrix system, the theory of probability (estimation errors of measurement), a personal computer visit in the final stages of analysis and synthesis. Scientific novelty of the work is a new approach for measuring optical power on the basis of reactive properties of transistor structures, improved physical model of processes that occurs in the optical frequency converters under the influence of optical power. The practical significance of the results is the best metrological characteristics of developed optical-frequency converters, wich are compatible with digital data processing systems and can be produced by standard group integral technology. This can significantly reduce the cost of control systems and control. The mathematical model and the basic circuits may be used in enterprises engaged in manufacturing instrumentation and systems.
