Three groups of antitoxic effects were classified for mineral waters of different balneologic groups. Criteria for mineral waters intake were proposed which may be effective on the different levels of metabolic intoxication at patients with gastroenterological pathology. Differential approach to the balneological detoxication tactics was elaborated in its dependence on the dismetabolic profile of the disease and expressiveness of endogenous intoxication.
