Objective of investigation: increasing of technical level of the processes and equipment by means of design and investigation improving of functionally new mechanisms. Methods of investigation: theoretical investigations on the basis of mathematical models and etc., experimental investigations on the basis of laboratorial devices with the usage of tensometric instrumentation. Theoretical and practical results: 1. The algorithm of the automatic control presses, with allowance for parameters of thin-walled workpieces and features of control systems. 2. Block - diagram of algorithms of the automatic control presses with the possibility of justification their implementation on various hydraulic presses was developed. 3 Theoretical calculations of the dynamic factors of control valves hydraulic presses were performed. 4 Structural features and service conditions of the filling - drain valves on the basis of experimental studies were analyzed. 5 The description of stress - strain state of crank presses frames, the analysis of main factors affecting on working capacity and reliability was given. 6 Combined load of billets under running of bottom on the ends of the tubes, with allowance for kinematic parameters of the process and influence of this factors on stability of the workpiece during running was considered. 7. Influence of pore - former on strength, penetrability and porosity of sintered powder materials was considered. Novelty: 1. Optimal modes of decompression of working cylinders of hydraulic presses were determined. 2. The mathematical models of the process of decompression of working cylinders with mixed criterion of optimality, and also models of the dynamics of the control valve was developed. 3. The mathematical models for calculating the kinematic parameters of the combined running of bottoms, with allowance for stability of the workpiece were proposed. 4. A new technology for production of two - layer powder filters was proposed.Field of application: mechanical engineering.
