The aim of work is realization of collection, treatments of informative array of data in relation to the subjects of research, study and generalization of home and foreign literary sources, analysis of normatively-legal base of European Union in relation to taxation, analysis of normatively-legal base in relation to the processes of integration of Ukraine to European to the concord and problems that arise up on this way. On the basis of the conducted analysis of accordance and disparity of tax law of Ukraine to the tax law of European Union suggestions are worked out to the Internal revenue code of Ukraine. Methods of research: а) are scientific methods (design, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstracting, analogy and others like that); b) methods of empiric research(supervision, experiment, research of documents, normatively-legal comparison).
