The object of study - the process of managing intellectual property: intellectual property, invention, utility model, industrial design, computer program, an employee's invention. Purpose - theoretical and methodological basis of directions and ways to improve the management of the intellectual resources of the Ukrainian society. Methods of research - a scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis of the literature and statistical sources, statistical and mathematical methods. A system of industrial property protection in the context of corporate structures of the regions, copyright protection of intellectual property, conditions of service of patentability of inventions, methodology, evaluation of intellectual property in an industrial plant. As a result of these studies have been formulated, developed and refined a number of theoretical, methodological, organizational and methodological provisions regarding the strategic priorities and key activities relating to intellectual property management, carrying out targeted (education), information on piracy and licensing activities.
