The object of study - mikrolaminates type aluminum-titanium, copper-titanium, copper-steel. Purpose - to create the fundamental scientific and technical basis for the development of composition and methods of mikrolaminates manufacture - a new advanced type of nanostructured multilayer metallic composites. Research methods - hot vacuum and cold atmospheric rolling, heat treatment, microstructural analysis, mechanical testing, measurement techniques of electrical and magnetic properties. An experimental technology of multilayer composites of bands systems aluminum-titanium and copper-titanium by co-application of hot vacuum and cold atmospheric rolling developed. Improvement and development of designed in the previous phase of the project manufacturing techniques mikrolaminates copper-steel allowed to produce the bands composites with a specific number of layers (per 1 mm total thickness of the composite) until 5400 and the volume fraction of copper until 50%. The results of experimental studies of the mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties of the copper-steel mikrolaminates showed that the calculation method of estimation prediction of these characteristics, which is based on "rule mix" and takes into account only the properties of the matrix metals does not adequately describe the properties of composites with a specific number of layers of more than 102. We formulated the direction of further technological experiments and studies of mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties of composites of different composition and structure for maximizing the measure of "efficiency / cost" of these structural materials.
