The purpose of research is development of an experimental sample of uncooled silicon detector of x-ray radiation with limiting power resolution for registration of characteristic x-ray radiation in analytical devices. In 2009-2011 there were developed, made and received the following results: experimental samples of the sealed and not sealed modules on the basis of single-channel planar uncooled detectors with the improved electrophysical characteristics, optimization of a spectrometer layout with a preamplifier with resistive feedback also is carried out; research results of the power resolution improvement measured by the optimized spectrometer layout with the preamplifier with resistive feedback are carried out. Schematic electric circuitry of a charge-sensitive preamplifier with capacitor feedback and the analog spectrometer amplifier with quasi-triangular formation of pulses are developed. Computer PSpice AD modeling of work of this spectrometer complex is carried out. During test of detectors the value of power resolution was better than 0,760 keV on a half-height of peak 241Am 13,93 keV at room temperature, that is a world level result. Research samples of the sealed and not sealed modules of uncooled single-channel planar detectors of x-ray radiation with a preamplifier and the power unit of the preamplifier, made in NSC KIPT, were implemented on the accelerator of IAF NAS of Ukraine, Sumy.
