Based on this analysis it was defined that if we measure the vibration energy of the ball mill case or its bearings, we can define the charge of the mill with the material. And if we maintain this vibration energy minimum by changing the feeding of the material to the mill, we can reach the maximum possible grinding productivity of the mill. The experimental curves of the vibration speed and acceleration for the front and back bearings of the ball mill are derived. The frequency range for the signal of the quantity of the material in the mill is defined. The measuring system for defining the ball mill charge is developed. The algorithm for ball mill control is developed in order to provide the maximum possible grinding productivity of the mill and to provide optimization of ball mill charge.
