Success of work of enterprise depends on the semantic filling and motion of informative streams, that, however, is determined by not only the volume of information but also its quality. Implementations of concrete administrative tasks provide on the basis of selection and estimation of certain volume of information, that is why the mechanism of acceptance and realization of administrative decisions determines requirements to the informative source. A research object is management information of enterprise "Dunaysudnoremont". The article of research are constituents of management information of enterprise them organizational principles and efficiency of functioning. The purpose of work consists in development of theoretical and methodological positions, and also practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of the existent systems of account and internal control of enterprise, as constituents of management information of enterprise. In the process of preparation works were used scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis; comparison; logical generalization, testing. The informative base of research is made normatively legal acts on questions an account, control, taxation scientific labours of domestic and foreign scientists, materials of scientific conferences, information of statistical collections, on-line data and financial reporting "Dunaysudnoremont", enterprises of industry. The basic scientific result of research is development and ground of methodical positions in relation to the estimation of the existent systems of account and internal control of management of enterprise. Application of approach of the systems to research of питань estimation of quality of the systems of record-keeping and internal control allowed to select basic параметри qualities of these systems from the point of view to their elements and to form the proper approaches in relation to the estimation of their quality. It is well-proven that an account and internal control is provided by formings of basic informative base, which are foundation for acceptance of basic administrative decisions with the purpose of the effective functioning of enterprise. The practical value of research consists in that the developed approaches and got results can serve as methodical basis of improvement of management an enterprise.
