The aim of the research is development and motivation of recommendations as to the organization of extra budgetary activity and material support of the agencies and units of Ministry of Emergencies in Ukraine. The organization mechanism of extra budgetary activity is determined in the research, changes in the list and procedure of rendering marketed services by the units of Ministry of Emergencies are viewed, marketed services pricing model is analyzed. The analysis of material support condition of the agencies and units of Ministry of Emergencies in Ukraine is conducted, ways to improve it are offered. It is noticed that the problem of rational and economic combination of rendering marketed services with basic activity of the unit and providing rational usage of special fund recourses for the sake of improving the condition of material support of the agencies and units of Ministry of Emergencies in Ukraine is of vital importance. The studied materials and conclusions were used while composing the study letter for cadets, students and extramural students on the specialty "Fire Safety" for the educational subject "Management Organization of the Agencies and Units of Fire Safety".
