Karazin popup.description2 A comparative study of the development and healing dynamics of thermal, chemical and radiation third-degree burns of guinea pigs skin was held. The results showed that the histological parameters and proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory interleukins content in the blood serum, the dynamics of thermal and chemical burns development is characterized by distinct inflammatory processes with a maximum on third day, decreasing from fifth day, and self-healing on 21st day. At the local radiation exposure in the exposition dose of 60 Gy on 21st day the inflammatory process does not stop and an ulcer, that is untreatable by standard pharmacological methods and chronically does not heal, is forming. To treat radiation skin burns a new method was developed. It lies in creation of inhibiting the radiation ulcers conditions in the affected tissue by fibroblasts autografting in damage area in 1 hour after irradiation and then for every 24 hours during 2 weeks. Herewith the development of radiation ulcer is significantly inhibited, and on the 21st day its area is less than 10 percent of the ulcers in animals that were unexposed by fibroblasts autotransplantation.
