By those measures there were implemented: installation of informatics and analytic initial systems for the State treasury operation, these systems interfacing for work with the government programs of motor road economy, directions defined of economic classification assignations, modification analysis of legislative and normative documents, coordination system valorization with the purpose of integration into the Unique Register of budgetary facilities for managers' and recipients' disposal, technology development of this system including into designed project. During an implementation of scientific research works the following results were obtained: system of accounting and control is developed, serving for receipting and use of budgetary funds directed on financing of motor road economy with use of the Unique register of managers and recipients of budgetary facilities, what interacts with stored informations and analytical systems of the State treasury supervising, used for distributing of budgetary facilities between organizations.
