The long-term and multipurpose exploitation of the different resources of the coastal zones together with the anthrop on a background the rates of the antropogennoy loading, which do not go down, point to violations in the natural mechanism of amoochistki/samoregulyatsii/self-regulation of marine environment, that, in the end, can result in general degradation of highly productive ekosistem of the given regions. Researches of the state of marine ekosistem of different geographical zonal and degree of the antropogennogo influencing were conducted. Combining a block еколого-toxicological of indexes in the complex of analytical determinations, as a basis for the study of general response of bentosnih organisms/associations on influencing of various external factors with descriptions of environment of dwelling physical and chemical, including the contaminating matters, the integral analysis gave possibility of exposure of the osobennostey/zakonomernostey forming and development of biotsenozov not only now to time, and and with the purpose of prognosis of their state.
