The purpose of this research was to obtain information about the processes of diffusion of chemical elements those are imitators of radionuclides in these materials and the processes of their migration in various stages of construction and testing. The content of impurity elements in the samples of synthesized aluminum oxide and magnesium-aluminum spinel was determined. On the base of Rutherford backscattering spectrometry data the diffusion coefficient of europium in the synthesized alumina oxide was estimated. The dynamics of sorption of europium by synthesized materials from nitrate Eu salt solution was determined. The changes in the elemental composition of the nearsurface layer of synthetic fluorapatite samples at various stages of testing were fined .
