The purpose of research - study of energy and angular distributions of the low-energy electromagnetic radiation to develop methods for experimental measuring of the intense X-ray emission characteristics by the middle energy electrons (~100 MeV) in the crystals by measuring the spectra of secondary radiation. The method of research - theoretical and experimental. On the basis of a software package GEANT4 the energy and angular characteristics of middle energy electron bremsstrahlung for different converters were calculated. The method for measuring the energy distributions of primary bremsstrahlung using the Compton scattering of gamma- and X-ray radiation in the secondary targets was simulated. The method of measuring the X-ray spectra of Compton scattering on large angles (backscattering) directly into the primary target was also proposed and simulated. The measurement methods of X-ray radiation spectra of electrons in crystals based on relative CXR yield from the secondary targets and the method based on the filter Ross were simulated, the numerical comparison of these two methods are performed. The method based on the CXR for the angular distribution measuring of electron bremsstrahlung was simulated, the coincidence of the angular dependences of the CXR and bremsstrahlung was observed. Using the planar Si PIN-detector 0.3 mm thickness the experimental spectra of the Compton scattering of the source radiation 241Am and CXR yield at large angles from the target were measured, restoration of the primary spectra was performed. The results will be used to investigation of coherent bremsstrahlung processes on interaction of electrons with crystals in NSC KIPT (LINAC-300).
