Analysis of the characteristics and mechanisms of biodiversity populations of pigs (Sus Scrofa) against human impact using a selection-dependent and selection-neutral DNA markers has been the goal of the study. Method of laboratory analysis and mathematical-statistical analysis of gene polymorphisms has been used. The high variation between the studied populations of pigs against non-random association of gametes was awarded as a result of this research work. Level of genetic diversity is lower than would be expected at equilibrium between mutation and genetic drift process, as well as constant population size. This can be explained by repeated processes "bottleneck", as well as a high degree of inbreeding in populations of domestic pigs. MS-DNA loci are a useful tool for the analysis of genetic diversity of populations of animals (including captive ones). In addition, the frequency distribution of MS-DNA genotypes can display processes of microevolution within populations. A comparison of the real and potential diversity allows to assess the "safety margin" of genetic polymorphism in populations and in time to see a significant problem due to the exhaustion of one or the other population genetic processes (e.g., genetic drift, and the "bottleneck"-effect or due to the high degree inbreeding).
