The software, which allows to optimize queries before their performance by DBMS, is developed. The implemented method is for changing of the query syntactic structure on conditions of sustainable execution plan and query semantics. A full factorial experiments is carried out to detect the dependence of the query execution time from the attributes sequence, relations sequence, sequence of the data selection conditions, determination the influence of the obvious, implicit, INNER and OUTER (LEFT and RIGHT) relations joins. It is shown that the sequence of the relations joins, connection type and sequence of data selection conditions significantly affect on the time of the query execution. With a successful factors combination it is possible to speed-up the query execution to 11%, which significantly affects on the information gaining time in aviation training systems.
