Ltd popup.description2 An object of development is technology of mass production of the shaped wares (branch boxes and transitions) of pipelines high pressure for the power equipment of TES and TET. A purpose of work is development of technology of mass production of the shaped wares of pipelines high pressure, creations of the necessary rigging, workings off technology and making of brassboards of the shaped wares, as substitutes of the imported analogues for an issue them and the uses on the Ukrainian enterprises. Mastering of production of goods will promote: to satisfaction of volume of consumption of the shaped wares for a reconstruction and repair of operating industrial objects ("Centrenergo", "Zapadenergo", "Donbassenergo", "Dneproenergo", and other); to the fight against the monopolistic level of prices on this type of products; to the increase of suggestions at the market of sales; to substantial reduction of import of analogical products from Russian Federation which will allow to accumulate money facilities in Ukraine. In the process of implementation of experimentally designer work there is the developed technology of mass production, the by volume design of two shaped wares of branch box of Du 225 and forks – 3d models and conducted estimation of durability of materials of corps of wares is executed; the drafts of branch box of Du 225 and forks are developed, the technological document of pre-production models of the program and method of tests, project of tts, is developed; designer document and the technological rigging is made for the production of standards. 8 standards, confirmed conforming to of the made pre-production models the requirements of designer documents and normative documents, are made, tts are ratified. The warranty (qualification) tests of standards are conducted in accordance with ДСТУ ГОСТ 15.001:2009, which rotined that technology of making was maintained at all stages of production and provides the requirements of designer document, ТУ У 27.2-33704680-012:2010, ОСТ, to the requirements of requirement specification.
