It is shown that this dynamics is determined by features of non-adiabatic thermal demagnetization of ferrimagnetic sublattices and effective internal magnetic fields generated by laser pulses. These effective fields can be related to a laser-induced inverse magneto-optical Faraday effect, a laser-induced spin injection and unequal speeds of thermal sublattice demagnetization. In the first two cases it is established the conditions concerning a laser pulse duration and laser radiation intensity, necessary for activation of high-speed laser-induced remagnetization and tunneling magnetoresistance effect in investigated magnetic junctions. In the third case, i.e. under a purely thermal laser excitation of ferrimagnetic nanolayers, the effective remagnetization field related to a transient magnetic state with parallel sublattice magnetizations together with exchange interaction relaxation between sublattices of ferrimagnetic materials.
