Aim of the work - to explore testes' cells (intact and cryopreserved) transplantation and substitutive hormonal therapy influence on the animals with different models of experimental hypogonadism. Research methods - endocrine insufficiency modeling, transplantation, radioimmunologiс method for testosterone measurement, supravital staining, microscopy, sex behavior exploration, histological and statistical analysis. Novelty of the results. Optimal transplantation conditions are defined - within exact pathology and cells kind are to be used together or separate with exogenous hormones. Different models of experimental hypogonadism, such as: orchidectomy, abdominal testes formation, toxic hypogonadism and its correction by means of interstitional or testes epithelial germ cells transplantation under chorionic gonadotrophine and testosterone therapy, and it's influence on sex behavior have been explored. Morphological and histological changes in testes and testosterone blood level after hypogonadism model formation and under transplantation were analyzed. Comparison of transplantation and hormonal therapy have been made, what enables us for further development of methods for their conjoint use. Obtained results give a wide range of methods for obtaining testes cells. Area of utilization: cryobiology, cryomedicine, endocrinology, transplantology.
