Ya., Registration Date 25-12-2012 Organization Institute of Semiconductor Physics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukrain popup.description2 It is shown that the formation of surface micro-and nanostructures in chalcogenide films of Se and AsSe under illumination close to the native absorption band is controlled by two fundamentally different mechanisms: fotoexpansion (polarization independent and fast but relatively small surface deformation) and mass transport, which occurs under the influence of the gradient vector of an electric field of light and depends on the composition of material and polarization of the incident light. Investigation of photoinduced fluctuations of static electric fields in chalcogenide films by Kelvin probe force microscopy showed their close relationship with the observed effects of anisotropic fotofluidity where changes in the size distribution of surface potential slightly ahead of the formation of surface reliefs.
