Purpose of work is perfection of providing with normative, metrological, methodological and technological performances of Motor road Economy of Ukraine during 2011-2012 years. Realization method is monitoring of normative and technical base, analysis of research projects, those developed in the course of implementations, and deployed by request of Motorways State Agency of Ukraine. Research methods is analytical, theoretical, scientific and informative one. The results of Research Works are implemented through: expert analysis conclusions, in questions of standardization, metrology; scientific and technical issues of projects, normative, technical and technological documents completion, those developed in motor road industry; grant of scientific research and practice, methodical consultations to the specialists of industry; providing with information concerning newly adopted State and intergovernmental documents, international standards and ratified normative technical and technological documents of departmental level, modification and alteration making, to Normative Documents in legal force, and information about their expiration and abrogation as well.
