It is selected the strains of Bradyrhizobium japonicum T21-2 and T17 Sinorhizobium meliloti, whose application for pre-inoculation of soybean and alfalfa, respectively, promotes effective in drought conditions nitrogen fixing systems. This data allows to recommend these strains for further research in order to create a resistant to water stress symbiotic systems. It is determined that the use of proteins with haemagglutinin activity may be an effective way to increase of legume-rhizobial systems productivity under insufficient water supply, and therefore can be considered as an element of technology of growing legumes under unfavorable conditions.
