It is shown that modulation of rhizobia strains by lectin did not reduce their manufacturability and provides greater efficiency of bacterial preparation, compared to standard strain. According to the results of research it is developed the bacterial preparation "Rhyzostym" for pre-sowing treatment of pea and soybean seeds. It is established that the mixed use of herbicides Pulsar and Harmony leads to decrease of the rate of their making and to increase their selectivity to the crop, compared to the effect of certain preparations. It is found the correlation of data on the influence of herbicides on nitrogen fixing activity and data on changes of the anti-prooxidative balance of soybean plants, which proves the negative effect of herbicides on the forming and functioning of the symbiotic nitrogen fixation apparatus of soybean caused by the stress response plant on herbicide action. It is noted that after applying of tank mixtures of Pulsar and Harmony herbicides with fertilizers Nutrivant Plus Oil and Reakom-SP-Bean the inhibition of nitrogen fixing activity of soybean observed immediately, followed by the positive influence of fertilizers on the forming and functioning of soybean symbiotic systems. The results of the resources can be the basis of new elements of legume growing technology, which include the use of effective bacterial preparations for seed inoculation of these crops.
