The relationships between morphological types and color indices ur, gi, rz of the sample of 365 galaxy pairs with radial velocities 3000 km/ s <V <9500 km/ s selected from the SDSS DR5 are considered. In the Local Universe a 226 diffuse galaxy agglomerations with n>=4 are selected. Eight of the most numerous ( n>= 25) non-virialized ones have a typical velocity dispersion ~170 km/s, linear dimension ~6 Mpc, and integral K-luminosity ~ 3*10**11 L Sun. Till to 40 Mpc 89 cosmic voids non-containing the galaxies with M_K < -18.4 are detected. The sum volume of a discovered voids is ~ 30% of the Local Universe volume. Among 2906 of dwarf galaxies from initial sample of 10502 galaxies, only 68 lie in detected voids. They are characterized by late type (85% - Ir, Im, BCD, Sm), M_B = [-13.0, -16.7], moderate star formation rate, and the gas abundance per luminosity unit of 2-3 times of dwarf galaxies in the normal environment.
