Signals on the bioelectric activity displayed pathological and functional abnormalities of the system, resulting in the successful application of electrophysiological studies in medicine for diagnostic purposes. Modern devices for electrophysiological studies are based on the elemental base of high-value system of traditional electroplating silver chloride electrodes for recording bіopotentials (BP) and specialized software. In the fields of biology and medicine, urgent development of diagnostic computer systems using digital active electrodes. The basic idea is the realization of the electrodes as a complete digital devices, that include signal amplification, linearization, calibration, analog-digital conversion, and a standardized interface for integration into the registration system. The use of digital isolated active electrodes for biomedical applications is the newest approach to improving the quality of measurements and needs both applied and fundamental theoretical studies. The proposed approach to improve the quality of measurements and to automate the diagnosis, which makes use of complex signals for continuous recording and the widespread introduction of the system in the private and public institutions. The main results are: - research has developed a system of equivalent parameters of biological object - electrode - amplifier circuit; - the parameters of the main types of electrodes for biomedical applications: metal contact and isolated capacitive electrodes; ?- amplifier is designed based on the principle of modulation - demodulation; ~- the software for the PC and microcontroller control of the experimental samples; ~- in practice, confirmed the possibility of the creation of affordable hardware and software systems and measuring instruments with digital active electrodes on the basis of capacitive transducers.
