The subject of research is norms, regulations and conceptual groundings of the building of the Classifier of Occupations DK 003 and new versions of the International Standard Classification of Occupations ISCO-08. The goal of the work is the perfection of the acting Classifier of Occupations DK 003:2010 in accordance with requirements of kinds of economic activities, preparation of regular changes and additions to it. Methods of the research are: system-structural analysis, statistical grouping, analytical and comparison analysis. The scientific novelty of this research consists in the full adaptation of the CO to the draft ISCO-08 (what is accomplished for the first time in Ukraine and CIS countries), reformatting of the existing structure of classification groupings, coding systems of job titles, introduction of changes to classification of job titles according to educational-qualification levels.
