The goal of the work is the working out of propositions on adaptation and making changes to normative-legal base of Ukraine in the sphere of collective bargaining regulation of social labour relations in accordance with the norms of international legislation and creation of modern legal system. Methods of research are: searching analysis of documents, comparison-legal analysis, comparison, structural-logical analysis. The scientific novelty of this research consists in the fact, that the research will be carried out in the period of significant changes and reforms, such as pension reform, reforming of labour and taxation legislation, Euro integration, social economic changes (forming of new enterprises with different forms of ownership, introduction of new technologies, changes of legislative-normative base as to regulation of collective bargaining work, accounting for interests of employers and workers, trade union reforming, activation of participation of employed workers in management of production, deepening of market relations and so on.
