The species composition and sensitivity to modern antibiotics for opportunistic bacteria in persons with urogenital infections was identifed. For the first time the nature of changes of endogenous secretion of immune modulators (cytokines) and its role in the immunopathogenesis of mixed urogenital infections were shown. For the first time the specifity of the reproductive changes was established, and the level of women's with chlamydial-trichomonas and bacterial infection was identifyed.
