The goal was to monitor incidence of infection with sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis and chlamydia) in adolescents in different regions of Ukraine and to justify the ways of optimization of medical care. Methods: statistical, epidemiological and clinical. The analysis of the incidence of syphilis and chlamydia in Ukraine, Lugansk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Chernivtsi region and the AR Crimea during the period from 2008 to 2011. Studied the epidemiological characteristics of patients with syphilis teens - 71 patients (Kharkiv region - 23, Poltava region - 15, Luhansk region - 13, Chernivtsi region - 12, the AR Crimea - 8), and chlamydia - 56 patients (Kharkiv region - 23, Lugansk region - 13 ARC - 10, Poltava region - 8, Chernivtsi region - 2). Factors contributing to early sexual activity teenagers, patients at sexually transmitted infections is to bring in single-parent family, the economic and psychological discomfort, the desire to match adolescents' norms of behavior "microsocial environmental groups". Needs improvement work to identify and bring to the treatment of sexual and household contacts of patients, educational and outreach work with young people. It was found that the activities of counseling and prevention of socially significant infections in adolescents are still inadequate and require a holistic (integrative) approach for their conduct. Need to significantly improve the training of doctors who work with adolescents in counseling and prevention of STIs, HIV / AIDS prevention, preservation of reproductive and sexual health.
