Object of study: patients with chronic widespread dermatoses, practically healthy individuals, the skin of experimental animals. Methods: The epidemiological, genetic, clinical, biochemical, biophysical, immunological, bacteriological, mycological, molecular, morphological, and statistical. It was found that the data about all diseases that require regular medical check records were not submitted in statistical reports and therefore the medical examination of patients with these disorders was not conducted. The genetic methods for determining the propensity for severe, widespread dermatoses were developed based on the definition of polymorphism G1258A gene SPІNK-5 mutations 2282del4 and R501X. The features of mineral metabolism in patients with limited scleroderma, chronic lupus erythematosus were determined depending on the stage. The point scale for estimation of the severity of limited scleroderma and chronic lupus erythematosus were proposed. The reduce of the risk of topical corticosteroids complications through the use of proper protective remedies were experimentally proven. The features of the humoral changes in patients, depending on the severity of dermatitis were determined. The integral coefficient of humoral changes and hematological changes as predictors were selected. The markers of progression of the inflammatory process on the base of assessment of peroxide hemolysis, erythrocyte osmotic resistance and catalase activity were identified. The peculiarities of the colonization of the patients skin with severe dermatoses by common mold fungi, Candida species and Malassezia, which complicate the course of dermatoses were determined. The efficiency of detection of the fungal pathogens by PCR diagnostics were improved particularly after treatment. The complex programs for effective secondary prevention in patients with severe, widespread dermatoses were developed, which include the study of the integral coefficients, markers of possible exacerbation and timely prescription of complex anti-relapse therapy. Use area - dermatology.
