Result work novelty: structural and logic essence of concept "Ecologic and economic interest" is improved; principles of forming of the system of ecologic and economic interests are offered; the scientific and methodical approach to coordination of ecologic and economic interests, based on defining of indicator "Rate of efficiency of Intertime Allocation of Resources (REIAR)" is elaborated;the scientific and methodical approach to calculation of the rate of payment for the using of natural capital is improved.
