Research objects are technological preproduction, computer-aided of technological processes designs, calculation of the cutting modes, reliability of toolpiece indexes. A purpose of work is research-and-development decisions on the use of computer technologies in technological preproduction and technological processes, to the increase of level of automation of technological preparation, increase of wearproofness and reliability of toolpiece. Research methods are a construction of mathematical models, their research-and-developments decisions on the increase of efficiency of computer-aided and checking of quality system designs, increase of wearproofness and reliability of toolpiece. Theoretical and practical results: the questions of creation and treatment of the algorithmic modules are considered - the special decision, by means of which it is possible to choose not only data but also algorithms of subsequent treatment, tables. Worked out decision on creation of dynamic model of detail, allowing to carry out the automatic calculation of межоперационных sizes of surfaces in the process of their treatment. The algorithm of choice of optimal construction of toolpiece, taking into account a productive situation, providing the increase of wearproofness and reliability of toolpiece, is offered. Novelty: the higher brought results over are got first. The practical value of the got results consists in that worked out decision for creation of програмно- технічного complex of the informatively-measuring system. An application of job performances domain is technological departments of machine-building enterprises.
