Experimental was extrusion iodine zirconium after cold working (CW) in the three states: CW, CW+ anneal 325°C, CW+ anneal 580°C. True strain made up 99,8%. Irradiation was made by Cr3+ ions (energy of ions 1,8 Mev) on accelerator ESUVI. Irradiation was made to the dose 30 dpa at temperatures 325°C and 580°C. Velocity of creation displacement ~1·10-2 dpa/sec. In the electron-microscopic results, it is determine structure characteristic, average sise of the grains for three states of zirconium. In the cold working zirconium irradiation at 580C reduce voids and dislocation loops. By the nanointentor, it is analyzed mechanical properties two zirconium states CW+ anneal 325°C and CW+ anneal 580°C, with grain sizes 80 nm and 7 mkm accordingly before and after irradiation. In the material is observe hardening and elastic modulus decrease. For the CW+ anneal 325°C specified units decrease for the 37% and 2%, for the CW+ anneal 580°C decrease for the 22,5% and 20% accordingly. Specified change of properties may be set conditions for formation large complexes <c> loops and <a> loops.
