The work goal is development and investigation of the model of evaluating the validity of the statistic frequencies distribution of a variate with undefined mathematical expectation and variance for optimizing the rate of the natural gas consumption in the gas-jet of the burn-chamber and ash unloading of the unit of waste-utilization with the heat takeoff due to optimal selection of air stream speed by the thermosensor data. During the research effort there has been used the assuredly minimal losses principle. Investigation methods: antagonistic modeling, functional analysis, decision making theory, utility theory, mathematical and program modeling; along the experiments there are used direct measurements, method of direct measurement evaluation and varied method of controlling parameters. Data processing has been realized through computer technologies and by the author-developed software. During the work accomplishment: there have been extracted factors, which make impossibility in evaluating the air stream speed as a point evaluation; the minimax principle has been fitted for solving the problem of evaluation the validity of the statistic frequencies distribution of the thermosensor data for optimizing the selection of air stream speed; there has been constructed the kernel of an antagonistic game for an unconstrained optimization problem, by the solution of which it is being proposed to make the decision on the sufficiency of the carried measurements of a variate for realizing it within the corresponding mathematical model in the form of the distribution of relative statistical frequencies. Results of research effort: there has been elaborated a program means for supporting the decision making on validity of the statistic frequencies distribution of a variate with undefined mathematical expectation and variance; the developed software has been used at SME "Hydraulics Vinnitsa-Service" for optimizing the rate of the natural gas consumption in the gas-jet of the burn-chamber and ash unloading of the unit of waste-utilization with the heat takeoff due to optimal selection of air stream speed by the thermosensor data, where the measurement time is minimized with making decision on validity of the thermosensor data distribution over the least measurement group.
