The object of study: special curved profiles with the bend of 180 °. Purpose - to create a technology of roll forming special bent structures with elements of bending at 180 °. Methods: solid environment mechanics, geometric. Results: velocity fields of metal particles and components of the deformation rates are obtained, as well as the distribution of surface deformation and thinning of the metal in the bends. Scientific novelty: theoretical analysis of the deformed state, experimental studies of metal forming and dependencies of strain distribution, established software system "Farseer"; practical recommendations for roll forming of special cold-formed sections. Scope of application of special cold-formed sections with the bend at 180 ° - construction.
