The wave's field monitoring in the coastal region on the basis of coastal radar-tracking systems data is carried out. The semiempirical model of radar-tracking dispersion is constructed at small slip angles, witch characteristic for the observations executed by means of coastal radar stations. Control of the sea surface pollution according to RT data is carried out. It is studied influence of artificial superficial films on characteristics of collapses and short-wave spectrum of wind waves. The technical project on working out and manufacturing of the Hydrophysical measuring system of passing measurements is developed and its structurally functional construction is developed. The algorithm of regional model of circulation in Black sea coastal region with the high spatial grid for the purpose of more exact account of bottom topography features and coastal line orography of in sea coastal areas is developed. The evaluation test of the short-term forecast of atmosphere state in coastal regions on the basis of model WRF-NMM with the spatial grid 1 km is given. The estimations of influence of biogenes different sources on the biogeochemical parameters distribution in coastal region on the basis of numerical interdisciplinary model of Black sea ecosystem are received. The subsystem of a graphic output and transmission of images of hydrophysical parameters field's maps on the structured system of HTML pages united in network portals for each of created centers of sea forecasts is developed.
