The aim is to develop a set of methods and models of the industrial enterprises intellectual capital. In the process of research was used systematic and comprehensive approaches. Methods: economic modeling, simulation, fuzzy logic, system and economic analysis, the method of expert estimations. Data processing was performed by use of computer technology and software. During the performance: theoretically shown the nature and constituents of IC; demonstrated the problem of forming and managing IC; investigates approaches to modeling of IC management company; construction of a comprehensive assessment of IC; construction of a comprehensive model of IC; practically verified the authenticity of the developed models. Results of research: the model of integrated assessment IC enterprise; developed a comprehensive model of management IC company, which consists of a set of submodels.
